Cultural Policy and Management Yearbook 2010, which is published by Istanbul Bilgi University Centre for Cultural Policy and Management, aims to create a comprehensive discussion on cultural policies in Turkey. The second issue of the Yearbook emphasize that in order to create a discussion on cultural policies and develop new perspectives on this field, one should bring the data and documents together and evaluate them.
