This book covers climate changerelated disputes and their settlement through international commercial arbitration. By considering the interdependent relation of protection of the environment and public health, this study evaluates the current regulatory framework for climate change disputes and introduces international commercial arbitration as an effective dispute resolution mechanism for such disputes. This study also provides workable solutions for the effective resolution of climatechangerelated disputes in comparative law, by considering the Republic of Türkiye as the primary example.
